Our hands are clean: Shahbaz

According to online newspaper Pakistan Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said our hands are clean, while the incompetent government of People Party has distributed largesse among its cronies, thereby destroying the national institutions. The Chief Minister was talking to members of delegations from various districts on Wednesday, who apprised him of the progress made on the development projects in their areas, and other issues of the people.

online newspaper Pakistan says that according to  CM the Punjab government of Muslim League-N, for the first time in national history, has introduced a culture of merit and transparency, at every level and in every sector, due to which even international institutions have appreciated transparent and merit-oriented policies of Punjab government. He asserted that nobody has been able to raise a finger of accusation against the Punjab government, during the last four and a half years. Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said the next general elections would not be for formation of governments but for the survival of Pakistan, in which PML-N would achieve a thumping success on the basis of its unprecedented performance. Talking on the occasion, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that Punjab government has set a new standard of merit and transparency in every sector, due to which international institutions have also acknowledged transparency and good governance of Punjab government.

 Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said federal government has given nothing to the people, except pain, while the Punjab government has provided them great relief.  He said that the unjustified treatment being meted out to Punjab over loadshedding, was vigorously raised in the Council of Common Interests. He said Zar Baba and Forty Thieves have mercilessly looted Pakistan, for four and a half years, and such worst kind of corruption was perpetrated that even the most corrupt are also ashamed.  But he warned the days of looters and plunderers are over now.
